Changes to online course submission for webreview system

As per the changes requested by the panels, now you need to have a login to submit courses for review to be approved for IAI. Please visit IAI GECC/MAJOR COURSE SUBMISSION ONLINE FORM to submit any courses in future.

A user's WebReview login will currently work, but as the new 5 year process rolls out, we will be instituting a single master login that will access the submission page. Your institution will be determining who will have that login information. Please contact your IAI Contact person or iai@itransfer.org to obtain more detailed information on how the single insitutional login will work.

Please use our online Course Submission web form to submit courses for panel review

Your IAI and iTransfer staff are trying to streamline our course submission processes. The online course submission web form allows us to better track receipt of courses and send confirmation emails to you during the submission process. The online process also allows us to process courses more rapidly. If you submit a course via email, you will receive an email requesting that you utilize our web form which includes the link to the form online.

Only the designated IAI Submitter of each school will have permission to submit a new course.

Our panel members have had trouble viewing documents submitted as Word 2007 (.docx extensions). As a result we are requesting that, whenever possible, you please submit PDF files for your documents. If you are using Word 2007, there is a free plug available from the Microsoft site at: Word 2007 save as pdf. We are working at locating a safe and secure product that will automatically convert any submitted file to pdf. We will post a note when we have located this product. In the mean time, thanks so much for helping us make the process more streamlined.
