Course Submission Web Form - Submit your course information including up to three documents through our convenient Web Form!
Course Submission Form - for adding a course to IAI.
End/Change Form - for "ending" an IAI course or changing an IAI course. When a course is being ended and replaced with a new course that has significant differences (such as lower credit hours, different content or subject differences), the End/(Change) Form may be used to END the course. However, the new course must be submitted for review by the appropriate IAI panel using the above Course Submission Form.
