iManage is the web system used by institutions to submit courses for panel review. Panel members use the iManage system to review courses and state an opinion on submitted courses as individuals. A full panel vote on whether to accept or return a course is reflected in the final decision posted in the system. Possible decisions options are: Approved, Returned, or Needs More Information. Institutional staff can track these decisions on the iTransfer site or through the iManage system.
iManage is also used for administrative purposes by the IAI/iTransfer staff to maintain the database of courses, institutions, and people who use the system. The system is the home to the many functional needs of IAI and the iTransfer website.
