u.select Features

u.select has many features that can help you search for schools, locate courses and explore programs. For more help in navigating the u.select features, please review the u.select user guides.

Search for Schools

The Search Schools feature is a quick way to browse for schools and access links to different student services such as Admissions, Registration and Financial Aid. This page also includes school size, type (public or private) and location.

Locate Courses

In My Courses, you can create and store your course history. Courses added to the My Courses profile will be used within Create a Plan. (My Courses are only available to those who have created an u.select account)

With Course Equivalencies you can view how courses transfer TO a specific institution. You can search by school or by course.

School Catalogs provides you with a link that takes you directly to the school’s online catalog.

Explore Programs

Browse Programs by School will list plans for available majors and degrees at the selected institution. The plans show the courses and hours required to complete a program. The ability to Search Programs based on major is also available.

Create a Plan will show you how courses entered in My Courses transfer and apply to the degree and institution selected. (Create a Plan is only available to those who have created an u.select account)
